CLEMSON, S.C. - The Clemson Men’s Tennis team is heading to Tulsa, Oklahoma to compete in the ITA All-American Championships. Each of the nine Tigers will compete in Singles, and eight athletes will compete in Doubles. The event will take place from September 19-27.
Newcomers Bruno Kuzuhara and Tiago Pires will make their Clemson debut competing in singles. Both will compete in doubles as well - Kuzuhara with Senior Romain Gales, and Pires with Matisse Farzam.
Viktor Markov, Noa Vukadin, Romain Gales, Marko Mesarovic, Henrik Bladelius, and Matisse Farzam will also compete in both singles and doubles. Noah Lopez-Cherubino will compete in singles.
This is the first tournament the team will compete in this fall, and the first of four different ITA events on the Tigers’ fall schedule. Ten players from this event will qualify for the NCAA Singles Championship and five pairings will qualify for the NCAA Doubles Championship to be held later this fall.
