2026 Summer League Tigers

CLEMSON, S.C. – Ten returning Tigers from the 2026 team played in various summer leagues after the 2026 season, including infielder Jackson Taylor, who was the New England Collegiate Baseball League Rookie-of-the-Year and a starter in the All-Star Game. Taylor hit .319 with a homer, triple, five doubles, 21 RBIs and a .500 on-base percentage in 25 games with Martha's Vineyard.

Fellow infielder Jarren Purify hit .316 with four homers, three doubles, 12 RBIs, 19 runs, a .459 on-base percentage and five steals with Mahoning Valley in the MLB Draft League.

Four returning Tigers played in the Cape Cod Baseball League, including lefthander Brendon Bennett with Bourne. He had a 1.76 ERA and allowed only seven hits with 16 strikeouts in 15.1 innings pitched over four starts. Righthander Danny Nelson had an 0.61 ERA and allowed only eight hits and three walks with 18 strikeouts in 14.2 innings pitched over four appearances (two starts) with Yarmouth-Dennis.

Infielder and outfielder Tryston McCladdie played 10 games with Brewster, while infielder Tyler Lichtenberger played 17 games with Chatham.

Four Tigers played in the Coastal Plain League, including three pitchers (Chance Fitzgerald, Landon Fowler, Jake Morris) with Lexington County. Fitzgerald had a 3.52 ERA and 22 strikeouts against only three walks in 23.0 innings pitched over five starts. Fowler totaled 15 strikeouts in 13.0 innings pitched over two starts, while Morris made two appearances (one start). Jackson Moore played 27 games with Florence as well.
