CLEMSON, S.C. – Two Tigers earned All-ACC honors, announced Monday by the ACC. Senior Jacob Jarrell was a second-team selection and sophomore Nate Savoie was a third-team pick.
Brendon Bennett and Danny Nelson also earned All-ACC Freshman honors. The two All-ACC Freshman selections tied for the most in program history, as the 2021 team had two selections (Mack Anglin, Caden Grice). The conference first named an All-ACC Freshman team in 2015.
Jarrell (DH/UT) is hitting .269 with 41 runs, seven doubles, a team-high 17 homers, 49 RBIs, a .570 slugging percentage and .398 on-base percentage in 53 games in 2026.
Savoie (OF) is hitting .330 with 52 runs, 13 doubles, 16 homers, 52 RBIs, a .603 slugging percentage, .415 on-base percentage and five steals in starting all 56 games. He leads the team in runs, hits (74), RBIs and slugging percentage.
Bennett (LHP) has a 2.05 ERA, .208 opponents' batting average and 29 strikeouts against only eight walks in 22.0 innings pitched over a team-tying-high 19 appearances, all out of the bullpen.
Nelson (RHP) is 2-3 with two saves, a 3.90 ERA, .228 opponents' batting average and 41 strikeouts against only 10 walks in 30.0 innings pitched over 18 appearances (one start).
