Clemson had lost four consecutive overtime games to the Pack

• Andre Young made the game winning three-point shot with 11.8 seconds left from the left corner in overtime. It was the first time a Clemson player had made a field goal with less than 15 seconds left to win a game since March 2, 2008 when Terrence Oglesby made a three-pointer at Maryland with 2.3 seconds left to give Clemson a 73-70 victory. It was the first time any Clemson player had made a game winning field goal at Littlejohn Coliseum since Jan. 7, 2007 when James Mays scored on a driving layup with 2.2 seconds left.
