CLEMSON, S.C. – Clemson Softball finished the 2024 campaign with 14 student-athletes earning Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete distinctions on Tuesday. The 2024 campaign marks the fourth-consecutive year that the Tigers have had 13 or more athletes garner the distinction. Clemson also finished in the top 100 in team grade point average among all Division I programs.

The 14 honorees tie for the second-most by the program in the four-years the Tigers have been eligible for nomination. The selections include four-time honoree Millie Thompson (Bedford, Va.), who was also named a College Sport Communicators (CSC) All-District awardee. Earning the award for the third time are Grace Hiller (Macon, Ga.) and Arielle Oda (Buford, Ga.), while Valerie Cagle (Yorktown, Va.), Marena Knowles (Hawkinsville, Ga.), Brooke McCubbin (Locust Grove, Ga.) and Abi Stuart (Snow Camp, N.C.). First time selections include Riley Burton (Lancaster, S.C.), Olivia Duncan (Buford, Ga.), Lindsey Garcia (Coral Springs, Fla.), Kylee Johnson (Wesley Chapel, Fla.), Julia Knowler (Fort Myers, Fla.), Regan Spencer (Lexington, N.C.) and Haylee Whitesides (Duncan, S.C.).
The 2024 Clemson Tigers finished with a 35-19 record and made its fourth-consecutive NCAA postseason appearance. The Tigers return 13 total student-athletes, including eight who earned Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete honors, to the 2024-25 roster.
To be eligible for the award, a student-athlete must achieve a 3.50 or better cumulative GPA for the 2023-24 academic year only.
