“I’m so proud of our team and the way we responded today,” Head Coach Boomer Saia said. “It has been a tough last two weeks on the road and had some close losses, so we just preached excitement and the ability to react, and man, they rose to the occasion today. There were big wins down the stretch here on senior day, and even with our two seniors falling short in singles, they got a great doubles point and had to finish it off at the end of the day. I am proud of our group; I know how hard they fought and the times of adversity, so we’ll go celebrate this and then prepare for the ACC Championships.”
