LOUISVILLE, KY – The No. 35 Clemson Tigers (13-10, 3-8 ACC) fell to the No. 70 Louisville Cardinal (11-8, 3-7 ACC), 4-3 in a Sunday matinee at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center.

The No. 32 ranked duo Gaia Parravicini and Amelie Smejkalova pushed their record to 10-6 on the season with a win over Allie Gretkowski and Alice Otis, 6-2. Louisville took the doubles point with wins on courts two and three.
Parravicini secured the first point for the Tigers with a win on court six in singles over Elisabeth Lila, 7-5, 6-2. Shortly after, Candela Yecora tied the score to 2-2 with a win over Germany Davis, 6-0, 7-6 (3). Annabelle Davis helped push the score to 3-2 with a win over Lika Peresypkina, 7-6 (5), 7-6 (4).
The Tigers ultimately fell on courts four and one after hard-fought battles from Romana Cisovska and Sophia Hatton.
