Women’s Tennis Faces Major Test at No. 3 Georgia

CLEMSON, S.C. — Following its first loss of the season at the hands of No. 25 South Carolina (5-1) on Thursday, the Clemson women’s tennis team is back in action on Saturday afternoon when they head to No. 3 Georgia (3-0). Georgia, who finished as the national runner-up in 2019, boasts two singles players ranked within the ITA’s top-25 and four ranked within the top-50. Additionally, the Bulldogs have five doubles pairs ranked by the ITA, including the No. 7 pair Eleni Christofi and Vivian Wolff. The match is set to take place on Feb. 1 at 4 p.m. at Magill Tennis Complex in Athens, Ga. For live stats and video click here.
