Women’s Soccer Signs Five for 2020 Class

Clemson, S.C. –  Five players signed National Letters of Intent on November 13 to officially join the Clemson women’s soccer 2020 class. Head Coach Eddie Radwanski’s announcement brings two midfielders, two defenders and a goalkeeper to the field next season for the Tigers. 

Below is the information for all 2020 signees

Devi Dudley

Midfielder

American Fork, Utah

Club: LaRoca FC 

  • 4-star recruit according to Top Drawer Soccer
  • Named captain for U18/U19 LaRoca FC team
  • Called up to National Team training camps at the U14 and U16 level
  • Competed internationally in Belgium and Germany with the U16 National Team
  • Named to 2018 United Soccer Coaches Youth Girls All-West Region Team
  • Named to 2017 ODP Region IV All-Tournament Team
  • Played on U16 Region IV Championship Team with Utah Celtic
  • Played on Region IV ODP Team – 1 year
  • Competed on Utah ODP State Team (Captain) – 3 years
  • Invited to 2 ODP National Training Camps
  • Invited to Ojai, CA. National ID camp
  • 4 year member of Academic Honor Roll 

Makenna Morris

Defender

  • Sister of current Clemson women’s soccer freshman, Maliah Morris
  • Two-time State Champion with St Johns Catholic High School
  • 2017 WCAC Champion
  • WCAC Finalist in 2016 and 2018
  • Two-time Washington Post All-Met First Team
  • Four-time WCAC First Team honoree
  • Competed with the U15 and U17 National Teams
  • Was a member of the U17 World Cup – Uruguay
  • U15 and U17 Concacaf Champion in 2015 and 2017
  • Current U20 National Team member 
  • 4 year Honor Roll member with Academic Distinction

Megan Bornkamp

Midfielder

Club: Charlotte Soccer Academy

  • 4-star recruit according to Top Drawer Soccer
  • CSA Young Female Player of the Year in 2014
  • ID2 National Camp invitee in 2015
  • Recognized as CSA Female Player of the Year in 2018
  • Named to US Soccer Development Academy Best XI in 2018-19
  • Selected to U17 National Team Camp in Chula Vista, Calif. In 2018
  • Received two caps and 1 goal throughout two matches with the U17 National Team
  • One cap with both the U19 and U20 National Teams
  • Played three season of varsity basketball att Mooresville High School
  • State Finalist for golf in 2017 and 2019 

Halle Mackiewicz

  • Has competed with U15, U17, U19 and U20 National Teams
  • Participated in Domestic Camps at U15, U17 and U20 levels
  • Saw International Camp action with U17 and U19 squads
  • Won U16/U17 US Soccer Development Academy National Championship in 2017-18
  • Named to Development Academy Playoffs and Central Conference Best XI in 2017
  • Member of 2016 ECNL/ID2 National Training Camp
  • Played with 2013 and 2014 Colorado ODP State Teams
  • 2020 IMG Academy Top 150 – 20th Nationally and 1st Regionally
  • Was a four-year varsity starter for Legacy High School basketball team
  • Earned All-State Honorable Mention and both First and Second Team All-Conference nods

  • Won the US Soccer Development Academy Conference in 2017
  • Has been a part of the Region Team for ODP and has been among the top 100 players
