Women’s Golf Tees Off at ACC Championships on Wednesday

Greensboro, N.C. – Clemson women’s golf returns to the course on Wednesday for the first two rounds of stroke play at the 2025 ACC Championships. The Tigers are the No. 9 seed and are paired with ACC newcomers SMU and Cal for two rounds on Wednesday, teeing off at 8:20 a.m. from hole No. 1. The tournament is held at the 6,092-yard, par-72 Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, N.C.

Isabella Rawl returns for her second tournament of the spring, after a strong performance in the Clemson Invitational. Rawl carded an eight-under-par 64 in the final round en route to a sixth-place finish (-9 score to par) and will play in the No. 1 spot for the Tigers this weekend. Senior Melena Barrientos will play in the No. 2 spot, with fellow senior Chloe Holder as the No. 3. Sydney Roberts and freshman Aitana Tuesta round out the Tigers’ lineup this weekend.

The last time the ACC Championships were held at Sedgefield, the Tigers won the first conference championship in program history, defeating Virginia 3-1-1 in the final match.
