Women’s Golf Hosts Tiger Classic on Aug. 26

CLEMSON, S.C.  – The Clemson Women’s Golf team opens the 2024-25 season with a one-day, 16-team field on Monday, Aug. 26 at the John E. Walker Golf Course on the campus of Clemson University.  The 36-hole tournament gets underway with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start, and players will go continuously through two rounds. The course will be set up to play 6,209 yards and Par 72.

Clemson is coming off a special season in which it advanced to the NCAA Match Play Quarterfinal, one of four Clemson programs to reach the Elite Eight in 2023-24. The Tigers return six members from the roster and four of the five in the lineup in the quarterfinal.
