PREVIEW

  • The Clemson Tigers will welcome the Mountaineers of Mount St. Mary’s to campus on Sunday, Nov. 28 at 2 p.m in a game that will be live on the ACCNX.
  • Clemson comes into the game 3-2 following an 84-72 home win over North Florida, a game where Delicia Washington scored a season-high 23 points and added 11 rebounds as she recorded her second double-double of the season. The Tigers outscored the Ospreys 28-14 in the fourth quarter to secure the victory. 
  • In the game against North Florida, four Tigers finished in double figures as Gabby Elliott had 16 points, while Amari Robinson and KiKi Lewis each had 14 to give Clemson the win. Clemson shot over 50 percent from the floor, making 32-of-63 shots. 
  • The Mount comes into the game with a 1-4 record and coming off a 49-56 loss at home against Howard. The Mount was led by Kendall Bresee and Michaela Harrison who finished with 11 and 10 points respectively. Bresee also had team-high nine rebounds. 
  • This will be the first meeting between the Tigers and The Mount all-time.   
  • Washington leads the team in points (15.2), rebounds (7.6), assists (2.6), and steals (2.6) coming into the game on Sunday. 
  • The 23 points against North Florida was a season-high as she   recorded her second double-doubles of the season with 23 points and 11 rebounds. 
  • Washington has scored in double-figures in four of the five games this season.
  • Clemson scored 31 points in the second quarter against Columbia and that was the most in any quarter since moving to the quarter format back in 2015. 
  • Clemson has scored 178 points in the paint, 97 points off their opponents’ turnovers, and 64 fast-break points at this point in the season.

  • Jim Davis (play-by-play) and Coach Jim Davis (analyst) will be on the call of the ACCNX broadcast.

GAMEDAY OPERATIONS

  • If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home. 
  • Parking lots will open two hours before tipoff. 
  • The seating bowls will be at 100% capacity. 
  • The clear bag policy is in effect. Fans are reminded to keep phones and keys in their pockets, as they proceed through the metal detectors. 
  • For the general public, face coverings are recommended but not required in all areas of Littlejohn Coliseum. 
  • Fans should be considerate of others and utilize proper cheering etiquette. Screaming, hugging, and high-fiving may not be welcomed physical interactions amongst strangers this season. Guests should be aware of their surroundings and the safety of others.
