Clemson, S.C. — The Clemson Women’s Tennis program heads down to Puerto Rico to compete in the Puerto Rico Fall Classic hosted by the University of Georgia. It marks the first time that the Tigers make the trip under the direction of Nancy Harris. While in Puerto Rico, Clemson will square off against competitors from Georgia, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest.
Four Tigers are set to compete in the U.S. territory, including returning senior Sydney Riley and junior Laura Marti. Two newcomers will also make the trip: transfer senior Mackenzy Middlebrooks and freshman Eleni Louka.

The last time Clemson defeated any of these opponents was on February 18, 2018 with a 4-3 win over Wake Forest. Competition begins on Friday, September 13 at 9 am and will conclude Sunday morning.
