Clemson, S.C. – Head Coach Kelley Hester and the Clemson women’s golf team head south to Panama City Beach, Fla. as they take part in the seventh annual FSU Match-Up. The tournament will take place on the 6,290 yard Bay Point Golf Club from Feb. 29 to Mar. 1.
Ivy Shepherd, Alexandra Swayne, Callista Rice, Lindsay May, Ana Paula Valdes and Savannah Grewal will be representing the Tigers.
The 10-team tournament will be split into five pairings where the field will have the chance to compete with each other for the match-up title but also against each other for the individual and team championship.
Clemson will join forces with LSU throughout the match-up. The other four teams will be: Florida State/Alabama, Kansas State/Toledo, Missouri/Coastal Carolina and Memphis/USF.
Saturday and Sunday’s competition is set to tee off at 8 a.m. with the teams playing 36 holes on day one and 18 holes and a new set of individual and team champions being decided with 18 more holes on day two.
