Tiger Tracks Flashbacks: Baseball Wins 1994 ACC Championship

Clemson’s last ACC Tournament title came in 1994, when first year coach Jack Leggett led the Tigers to a 4-1 victory over Florida State in Greenville, SC. The 1994 squad featured future MLB first round pick David Miller as well as three future Major League players. Shane Monahan went 3-4 with a home run and Mike Holtz threw eight shutout innings for the win, while Scott Winchester picked up the save.
