Tiger Tracks Countdown #3: Miller Sets NCAA Record

The #3 Tiger Tracks 2004 Football Play of the Year comes from the Florida State game. Justin Miller had a 282-yard performance on kickoff returns at Tallahassee that established an NCAA record for a single game.
