Three Tigers Named First Team All-Americans

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – In the final day of competition at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Virginia Beach, three Tigers all earned a spot on the podium in their respective events as Gladys Chepngetich, Shantae Foreman and Oneka Wilson were all crowned First Team All-Americans.

The Clemson women finished 20th overall with a team score of 11.

Starting the day off strong was Foreman as she advanced to the finals of the women’s triple jump and finished the day with a mark of 13.62m to secure fifth place overall in the event. Foreman was named a First Team All-American for the first time in her collegiate career.

In the 60 meter hurdles, Wilson had a dominant performance as she ran 7.99 which ties her second fastest personal time. Wilson took third place and tabbed her first, First Team All-American honor.

Chepngetich, who competed in her first indoor 800 meter finals, finished with a time of 2:02.60 to secure eighth place on the podium.

The Tigers have officially wrapped up the 2025 indoor season as they will look ahead towards outdoors as Clemson is set to compete at the UCF Black and Gold Challenge starting on Friday, March 21.
