Sultan Tucker Named ACC Indoor Track & Field Performer of the Week

GREENSBORO, NC – Clemson’s Sultan Tucker has been named the men’s ACC Indoor Track & Feidl Performer of the Week after earning an NCAA Automatic Qualifying time in the 55m hurdles at the Gator Invitational in Gainesville, FL, on Sunday.

Tucker, a junior from Glassboro, NJ, won the event with a time of 7.21 seconds, to eclipse the NCAA automatic qualifying time of 7.23. His time ranks fourth on Clemson’s all-time list and is the third-fastest in the nation so far this season.

Tucker will compete at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships March 10-11 in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
