Shanelle Valentine

Position: Director of On-Campus Recruiting

Shanelle Valentine is in her third season on Clemson’s recruiting staff and her first as the program’s director of on-campus recruiting in 2024. She works with the General Manager and Director of Recruiting in the planning and execution of all Clemson recruiting events.

Valentine joined the Tigers in the spring of 2022 and served two seasons as Clemson’s assistant director of on-campus recruiting. Prior to coming to Clemson, she spent three seasons at her alma mater, Auburn, serving first as Assistant On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator from for the 2019-20 seasons and as the On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator in 2021 prior to her departure for Clemson in 2022.

Valentine earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and exercise science from Auburn in 2019. She added a master’s degree in the field in 2022.
