Delman joins the Tigers in the fall of 2026 following a stint as an assistant coach with Mile High Junior Crew in Boulder, Colorado. While with Mile High, she worked to teach new athletes the basics of the sport and helped enhance technical abilities while coaching more experienced rowers. Delman also worked with coxswain development and created on and off the water practice plans.
Prior to her time with the Mile High Junior Crew, Delman worked as a volunteer assistant coach at at her alma mater, Oregon State. With the Beavers, she assisted the coaching staff with daily functions and represented Oregon State Rowing at recruting events. She also helped athletes with training, specifically helping to train novice athletes.
Delman graduated from Oregon State University in 2025 with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology and a Minor in Psychology. While in school, she was a member of the rowing team, competing primarily in the 1V8 and 2V8. She represented the Beavers at the Big 10 rowing championships and the NCAA National Championships in 2025.
