Rebecca McCarthy

Position: Assistant Director of Operations

Rebecca McCarthy entered her second season with the Clemson men’s soccer program in 2019 after joining the team in 2018 as Assistant Director of Operations. McCarthy oversees and manages critical logistics integral to the success of the program regarding players, coaches, alumni, prospective student-athletes and other associated staff.

Prior to her time at Clemson, Rebecca graduated from the University of Mississippi with her Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication and Business Administration. While earning her undergrad at Ole Miss McCarthy spent two semesters abroad, one with Semester at Sea and the other in Prague, Czech Republic.

McCarthy earned her Master of Science in Athletic Leadership from Clemson in the Fall of 2019. A native of Chicago, Ill. McCarthy grew up competitively playing soccer and has a heart for investing in elite, young athletes. Her undergraduate career at the University of Mississippi was spent alongside her twin sister, Paige.
