Kendall Thompson

Position: Director of Football Programming & NIL Coordinator

Kendall Thompson is in her third season on Clemson’s support staff and serves as Clemson’s Director of Football Programming & NIL Coordinator.

Thompson joined the program as Coordinator of Football Programming in 2023, assisting primarily in the areas of freshman transition, football academics and former player engagement. Prior to returning to her alma mater, she served as an educator in Charleston and Greenville counties.

Thompson (neé Mercer) earned her degree in education from Clemson in 2019 and added her master’s degree in education in 2020. She married her husband Dylan in 2025.
