DuJuan Sharp

Director of Football Strength & Conditioning Analytics

DuJuan Sharp is in his first season assisting Clemson’s strength and conditioning staff in 2026.

Sharp joined Clemson after spending two years as an assistant sports performance coach at Tennessee State across 2024-26. He worked with Tennessee State’s 2025-26 men’s basketball team that ended a 32-year championship drought by capturing the Ohio Valley Conference tournament title and earning a berth in the NCAA Tournament.

Sharp began his coaching career in the private sector in Tennessee and eventually became the athletic director at Lighthouse Christian School in Antioch, Tenn. He later served as a strength coach at Father Ryan High School and the Ensworth School in Nashville before jumping to the collegiate level as Albany State’s director of strength and conditioning in 2023.

In 2007, Sharp earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Urbana, where he was a member of the football team. He added a master’s degree in kinesiology from Georgia Southern in 2026. He holds certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC) and as a USA Weightlifting Certified Sports Performance Coach. He also interned as a strength and conditioning fellow with the Los Angeles Rams in 2024.

A native of Dayton, Ohio, Sharp is married to his wife, Ti'Ana, and has two sons, DuJuan III and Drayke.
