Brad Glenn enters his first season at Clemson in 2026 as Offensive Player Development/Assistant Tight Ends Coach.
Glenn arrived at Clemson after serving as the offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach at Cincinnati from 2023-25. He led a balanced offensive unit that averaged more than 420 yards per game in 2024.
Prior to his time at Cincinnati, Glenn spent the 2022 season as the passing game coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Virginia Tech following a three-year stint as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Georgia State from 2019-21. At Georgia State, he helped produce some of the most productive offenses in program history, including a school-record 33.3 points per game in 2020.
Glenn coached seven seasons at Western Carolina (2012-18) as associate head coach and quarterbacks coach, mentoring the program’s all-time leading passer, Troy Mitchell. He also coached at Appalachian State from 2005-11, when he was part of three consecutive FCS National Championship teams and coached Walter Payton Award winner Armanti Edwards.
Glenn’s collegiate coaching career began in 2001 when he coached tight ends at Elon before becoming North Greenville University’s offensive coordinator for 2002-03. His background also includes high school coaching in the Upstate, including stints at Greer (1995-2000) and Seneca (2004).
A native of Seneca, S.C., Glenn earned his degree in secondary education from Clemson in 1995. He and his wife, Anna, have three children: daughters Zoey and Landry, and a son, Hank.
