Victoria comes to Clemson after previously serving in the same role at Florida State with the Seminoles softball and diving programs. While at FSU, Victoria developed an interactive Power Bi dashboard for teams and coaching staffs to visualize workload, wellness, performance trends, and KPI’s. She also served as an Associate Director of Institute of Science and Sport Medicine on research within Florida State Athletics.

Currently, she also serves as the strength and conditioning coach for the Team Canada National Softball Team where she designs and implements comprehensive year-round programs to optimize athlete readiness for international competition and manages training periodization and international travel, tournaments and competition schedules to ensure athletes peak for major events while optimizing recovery.

Prior to this, Victoria held roles at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She obtained her master’s degree in sports management from FSU in 2020 and her bachelor’s degree in health and fitness promotion from Luther College in 2018, where she was a four-year student-athlete with the Luther softball program.
