Anna Kate Gunn

Position: Assistant to the Head Coach & Freshman Transition

Anna Kate Gunn joined Clemson Football in 2020 and presently serves as the Assistant to the Head Coach and Freshmen Transition. 

In addition to maintaining the day-to-day needs of the Head Coach, Gunn also plays a primary role in recruiting as the primary contact for all committed and signed prospects and off-campus recruitment travel. In addition, she serves as the liaison between Clemson Football and the staff’s families while assisting with the logistics of the Dabo Swinney Football Camp, Dabo Swinney Ladies Clinic, bowl events and other team activities. 

Prior to her time at Clemson, Gunn served as the Coordinator of On-Campus Recruiting for Arizona from 2020-21. She gained initial experience as a student assistant at Texas A&M from 2016-19.

Gunn earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M in 2019 in university studies leadership with minors in business and sports management. She is the granddaughter of the College Football Hall of Fame Coach Gene Stallings. 

Gunn is a native of Waco, Texas.
