Aly Lilley

Position: Director of Business Operations

Aly Lilley joined IPTAY as Director of Business Operations in June of 2024. A former college volleyball coach, Aly spent the last three years as the Deputy Director of Athletics at Centre College where she played a pivotal role in over $72M in capital projects in addition to having oversight of the athletic department’s external relations, licensing, revenue generation, and development.

Aly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University and AVCA All-American status in 2009 as an athlete on the volleyball team. Aly’s husband Michael graduated from Clemson in 2010 with an M.S. in Environmental Engineering and together they have two boys, Spencer and Fisher.
