- Had 71 digs in a three-match-span in ACC play, which came out to a staggering 5.91 digs per set
- Had a .960 season serve-receiving percentage, with an average that went up to .968 in ACC play

2010: Sophomore
Saw her role in the offense expand as she had the third-most attacks on the team. Patzin was named to the academic All-ACC team as a bioengineering major. She crossed the 500 kill-500 dig plateau for her career during the season.

- Recorded a .958 return percentage as a primary serve receiver in the back row.

2009: Freshman

- Notched 12 kills, six digs, and four blocks in collegiate debut against South Carolina, playing the entire match
- Had Nine kills, nine digs, and four blocks against College of Charleston
- Had 12 kills in 26 attempts for a .423 hitting mark against Loyola; Also had five digs

Before Clemson
- Earned four letters in volleyball at Benet Academy, the same high school as former Clemson player Sue Eckman
- In 2008, led the Redwings to a 40-2 record and a Illinois State Runners-Up finish
- Team finished with the #2 ranking in the state of Illinois
- Named to a pair of all-tournament teams as a senior and was a member of the Great Lakes High Performance Team
- Led Benet to conference championships in 2007 and 2008 and a Sweet 16 appearance in the state tournament
- Played for the Sports Performance Volleyball Club, the same club that produced recent Clemson players Meghan Stanton, Leslie Mansfield, Jeannette Abbott and Sue Eckman
- Named an All-American at the Junior Volleyball Directors Association Championships in 2008 after leading the team to the title
- Father Joe played ice hockey at the University of Illinois from 1980-84
