2021 Outdoor Season

  • Opened his individual outdoor campaign by contesting the 100m and 200m at the FSU Relays (March 25-26).
  • Placed fourth overall in the 200m at FSU, running 21.18 seconds.
  • Ran a season’s best for 100m during the Tennessee Relays (April 9), running 10.46.
  • Was an alternate on Clemson’s first-team All-American 4x100m relay.

2021 Indoor Season

  • Made his season debut by contesting the 300 meters at the Orange & Purple Elite (Jan. 9).
  • At theΒ ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-27), contested the 60m, 200m and 4x400m.
    • Was the sixth-fastest qualifier in the prelims of the 60m, running 6.78.
    • Was the fifth-fastest qualifier in the prelims of the 200m, running a personal best of 21.16.
    • Won the men’s 60m in 6.65, becoming tied for the No. 8 performance in Clemson history.
    • Finished 6th in the men’s 200m, running 21.33.
    • Was the third leg on the Tigers’ 4x400m relay.
  • Contest the 60 and 200 meters at the Clemson Invitational (Jan. 15-16).
  • At the Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 29-30), Hewitt ran 6.82 seconds during the prelims and final of the 60 meters.
  • Set a season’s best at 200 meters during the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 12-13), running 21.45.

2020 Indoor Season

  • Β Set a personal best in the 60m at the ACC Indoor Championships by running 6.75 seconds.
  • Competed 18 times as an individual throughout the season. Was a member of the 4x400m relay team on three occasions.
  • Had four, top-5 finishes throughout the season.
  • Competed in seven meets throughout the season, contesting the 60m, 200m,Β and 300m.

2018-19 Season

  • Competed at the NCAA Outdoor Championships and posted a result of 39.67 as a part of the 4x100m relay.
  • Earned a personal best in the 200m at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 21.24
  • Earned a season’s best in the 100m at Florida Relays with a time of 10.69, running into a headwind.
  • Earned a season’s best in the 60m at the Clemson Invitational with a mark of 6.86.
  • Competed in the 60m, 200m and 4x400m relay at the ACC Indoor Championships
  • 300m runner-up at the Orange & Purple Elite (Jan. 11) with a time of 33.78 seconds

Prior to Clemson

  • Ran track at Wiley College in Marshall, Texas as a freshman in 2017-18
  • Posted career bests in the 100m (10.35) and the 200m (20.72) dashes.
  • Did not compete during the indoor season of 2017-18.

  • Graduated in December 2019 with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Athletic Leadership.
