2010-11 Highlights • Competed fully in both seasons, with a season-best clearance of 15’9″ at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet in February and the Spec Towns Invitational in Athens, GA in April 2009-10 Highlights (at Ithaca College) • Named Empire 8 Athlete-of-the-Week in January after setting a school record (15’3) in the pole vault, he was an NCAA provisional qualifier in the event • Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Team for Division III Canastota High School Highlights • Division II runner-up at the 2009 New York state championships • Established Section 3 records for indoor and outdoor pole vault • Earned four varsity letters in track & field and three in volleyball • Member of the Tompkins County Pole Vault Club • Coached by Matthew Scheffler Personal • Born 1/4/91 • Son of Howard and Sharon Willis • Majoring in engineering • Named to 2010-11 ACC Academic Honor Roll Best Collegiate Mark • Pole Vault – 15’9″/4.80m
