Honors 1998 All-ACC (pole vault indoor)
1999-2000: Finished third in the pole vault at Virginia Tech after clearing 16’5 1/2″…won the Orange and Purple meet with a mark of 16’6 3/4″…cleared 16’8 3/4″ at the Georgia Tech Invitational to place seventh…finished fifth at the Gator Invitational with a vault of 16’4 3/4″…claimed third vault title of the year at the Clemson Invitational with a mark of 16’4 3/4″.
1998-99: Finished fourth in the pole vault at the ACC Indoor Championships after clearing 15’7″…posted a season-best mark of 15’9″ at the Kroger Indoor Invitational at Virginia Tech…placed second in the event at the Tiger Classic and third at the Ikon Invitational…finished fourth in the pole vault at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 15’11″…won the vault with a jump of 16’6 3/4″ at the Orange & Purple Classic outdoors…tied for third in the pole vault at the Florida Relays.
1997-98: Placed second at the ACC Indoor Championships in the pole vault with a mark of 15′ 5 3/4″…won the pole vault at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a mark of 16′ 0″…was fourth in the pole vault at 15′ 1 3/4″ at the Clemson Invitational during the indoor season… Placed third in the vault the ACC Outdoor Championships (16′ 3 1/4″)…placed second at the Clemson Relays in the vault with a mark of 15′ 3 1/2″…recorded a mark of 15′ 9 1/2″ at the Florida Relays.
Shenendehowa High School Coached by Donald Paretta…was a New York state champion in the pole vault, clearing 14’0″…was also a New York Empire Games champion with a mark of 14’2″…was a Scholar Athlete in 1995 and 1996…was awarded rookie of the year in outdoor track in 1994 and 1995…also received the Most Valuable Jumper award of the 1996 outdoor season…was a first-place finisher in the pole vault in the Section II Championships during the 1996-97 season…was the most valuable sprinter/hurdler of the 1995 and 1996 indoor seasons…was the 1997 Suburban Council Champion with a vault of 14’0″.
