Clemson HighlightsRanks fifth in Clemson history in the hammer throw. 2007-08Outdoor: Moved into fifth place in school history in the hammer throw with a mark of 185’11” at the ACC Championships…finished fourth overall, just one spot out of being All-ACC for the first time…also scored for the Tigers at ACCs with a mark of 155’1″ in the discus throw…had hammer throw effort of 185’2″ at the Orange & Purple Classic. Indoor: Competed in the shot put and weight throw…fourth-place scorer for the Tigers at the ACC Championships in the weight throw with a mark of 55’5.75″…top performance in the shot put was a distance of 52’5.25″ at the Virginia Tech Invitational in early January…top mark in the weight throw was 55’11.75″ at the Clemson Invitational. 2006-07Indoor and Outdoor: Red-shirted…finished 11th in the hammer throw at the USA Junior Championships. Fort Mill High School Highlights State Champion in the shot put in 2006…set the school record in the shot put in 2006…two-time MVP for his high school team…earned two letters in football and three in track & field.
