Softball Adjusts Florida State Series Timing

CLEMSON, S.C. – In anticipation of inclement weather and expected drop-dead time for Florida State, the Clemson softball program has announced schedule changes for the three-game series against the Seminoles. Clemson will now play a doubleheader on Thursday, April 6, beginning at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Saturday’s originally scheduled game has now been moved to Thursday at 3 p.m. on ACCNX. Fans with tickets to Saturday’s contest can now use those for Thursday first game.

The originally scheduled contest on Thursday evening at 6 p.m. will remain on ACC Network. McWhorter Stadium will be cleared in between the 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. games.

Clemson and Florida State will conclude the series on Friday evening at 7 p.m. on ESPN2.

While advance tickets are sold out for this weekend’s series, a limited number of seats are available on the berm for walk-up sales on the day of each game. While tickets may not appear available online, fans are encouraged to visit the ticket table located outside the main gate of McWhorter to purchase their tickets on the day of each game, as space allows. Fans looking to purchase tickets on the day of the game should arrive early, as those tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
