About the recipe

These are the potato pancakes we make at Hanukkah. My mom used to make and serve these as a traditional Jewish meal. Serve with Sour Cream, apple sauce, hot sauce, or whatever!

Make It!

You need: Potatoes, Eggs, shredder/mandolin, oil, salt, pepper

1. Peel and grate your potatoes. You can use any kind you like!
2. Crack an egg in there and mix it up
3. heat up oil
4. Drop in little pancakes of your potato batter
5. Serve with sour cream, apple sauce, etc.
