ORLANDO, Fla. – The Clemson Tigers are set to begin the outdoor portion of the 2024 season as they are set to compete in the UCF Black and Gold Invitational in Orlando, Fla. The meet begins on Friday, March 15 with the first event being the women’s discus at 11 a.m. and will wrap up on Saturday, March 16 with the final event of the meet being the men’s 4×400 relay at 4:35 p.m.
Alongside Clemson, 31 schools will be competing this weekend in Orlando.
The Tigers completed their indoor season at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Boston, Mass. as Marie Forbes and Tarees Rhoden earned top-eight finishes in their respective events to be named First Team All-Americans for the second consecutive season.
Clemson will compete in six outdoor meets in the regular season. Following this meet, the Tigers are set to participate in the UCF Knights Invite as they will be in Orlando for back-to-back weekends.
