CAMBRIDGE, MA – The 14th-ranked Clemson women’s rowing team travels to Cambridge, MA on Saturday to take on 10th-ranked Yale, Boston University and Dartmouth on the Charles River starting at 9:00 AM.
“We are looking forward to some great racing Saturday morning on the Charles River,” said Clemson Head Coach Robbie Tenenbaum. “We are excited to be racing a top-10 Yale team and very strong teams from Dartmouth and Boston University.”
The Tigers will get things going at 9:06 AM with the 1st Varsity 8+ race followed by the 2nd Varsity 8+ race will follow at 9:30 AM. Clemson will then compete in the Varsity 4+ race at 9:54 AM and conclude the event with the Novice 8+ race at 10:42 AM.
This will be the Tigers second straight regatta facing a ranked opponent on the road. The Tigers faced second-ranked Cal and ninth-ranked Stanford in their last regatta on March 30-31 in Redwood Shores, CA.
The Tigers will face Boston University for the second time this season. The Tigers finished first in each of their four races against Boston University on March 14 on Lake Hartwell.
