CLEMSON, S.C. – Clemson Volleyball returns home for its first of four matches inside Jervey Gym in the next two weeks as the team continues ACC action. The Tigers will host Boston College and Syracuse for Alumni Weekend as the team celebrates its 50th season of Clemson Volleyball by welcoming back former players, coaches and staff members this weekend.
Clemson vs. Boston College | Friday, Oct. 16 | 6 p.m.
Boston College enters the week with an 10-7 record on the season with a 1-5 record in ACC play. Clemson has a 27-8 record all-time against Boston College and are currently on a five-game win streak. The Tigers won 3-2 and 3-0 in meetings last season with Boston College.
Clemson vs. Syracuse | Sunday, Oct. 18 | 1 p.m.
Syracuse enters the week with an 5-10 record on the season with a 0-6 record in ACC play, but they will play Georgia Tech ahead of coming to Jervey Gym on Sunday. Clemson has a 7-13 record all-time against Syracuse, but are currently on a four game win streak, which included a 3-0 win last season.
Season Overview
The Tigers are 6-12 entering the week, with an 0-6 record in ACC play. The team is 6-6 inside Jervey Gym this season, but are currently coming off a four-match road swing. The Tigers are leading the ACC in team digs, with the Tiger defense being a key part of the product on the court.
After this weekend, the Tigers will remain home to host #5 SMU and #2 Pitt inside Jervey Gym on Oct. 23 and 25, respectively. Those matches and all Tiger Volleyball matches will be streamed on ACCNX.
