  • Clemson women's soccer heads to Columbia, S.C. for a Palmetto Series matchup against in-state rival South Carolina 
  • The two teams last met in August of 2025 and ended with a 0-0 draw
  • Each of the previous four meetings between the two programs has ended in a draw, however Clemson leads the all-time series with a record of 16-11-5 
  • The matchup will be broadcast on SEC Network+  

 

Last Match: 

  •  0-0 draw in home opener vs. No. 17 Ohio State
  •  Goalkeeper Nona Reason recorded her second shutout of the season and added four saves throughout the match
  • Junior midfielder Anna Castenfelt once again led the Tigers offensively with four shots and two shots on goal 

 

Back in Business

  • Seniors Dani Davis and Jenna Tobia are back in the lineup after battling injuries in 2025. Both were key members of the 2023 College Cup team as freshmen.
  • Jenna Tobia returned to the pitch during the Tigers' season-opener at Auburn and found her way back into the starting lineup on 8/16 vs. Ohio State. She had started in 39 of her 43 career matches before missing the entire 2025 season. 
  • Dani Davis has also returned to the starting lineup now fully healthy after being sidelined for much of 2025, where she appeared in just three matches. Davis has started in 40 of her 41 career matches. 

 

Nothing Gets Past Nona 

  • Graduate Nona Reason was named ACC Co-Goalkeeper of the Week for the first week of matches in the 2026 season. She is the first Clemson player to win a weekly award since Makenna Morris in October 2023 and the first goalkeeper since Halle Mackiewicz in September 2023. 
  • Reason has two shutouts and eight saves (led the ACC in week one) across the Tigers first two matches.
