Ransford Gyan Named to 2026 ACC Preseason Coaches Watchlist
CLEMSON, S.C. — The ACC announced today that Clemson Tigers’ midfielder Ransford Gyan has been named to the 2026 ACC Preseason Watchlist. This recognition highlights Gyan’s impact and potential as he enters his third season with the Tigers.
In his two season with the Tigers, Gyan quickly emerged as a crucial player in his performances with 13 goals and 14 assists in his career, earned him 2025 ACC Midfielder of the Year and MAC Hermann Trophy Semifinalist honors last season.
The Tigers will kick off their regular season on August 20, hosting No. 2 Furman for a 8:00 p.m. kickoff. on ACC Network.
