CLEMSON, S.C. – The Atlantic Coast Conference announced its 2026 ACC Outdoor Track & Field seasons honors Friday morning with Clemson Director of Track & Field and Cross Country Mark Elliott being named Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Coach of the Year.

Elliott led the women’s team to an ACC title in May, sweeping both the indoor and outdoor conference championships. Elliott, who directly oversees the mid-distance group, had two athletes (Gladys Chepngetich and Judy Kosgei) qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 800 meters. Chepngetich earned First Team All-America honors in the event.
