EUGENE, Ore. – On the third and Final day of action at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Shantae Foreman (14.24m) won the Women’s Triple Jump, while also setting a school record and becoming a First Team All-American.

Foreman is the 29th Clemson Athlete to win an NCAA Title (Includes indoor and outdoor) and the 12th Female Clemson Athlete to capture an NCAA Title (14th Champion in Program history). 

Gladys Chepngetich (women’s 800m) and Nancy Cherop (women’s 5000m) each finished with All-America status. Chepngetich earned First Team All-American, while Cherop received Second Team All-American honors.

  • Seventh Place | Chepngetich – 1:59.53 (First Team All-American)

Women’s 5000m Finals

  • 19th Place | Cherop – 15:54.98 (Second Team All-American)

Women’s Triple Jump Finals

  • First  Place | Foreman – 14.24m / 46’ – 8.75 (NCAA Champion, School Record, First Team All-American)
    • Foreman is the 29th Clemson Athlete to win an NCAA Title (Includes indoor and outdoor)
