CLEMSON, S.C. – Senior righthander Nathan Dvorsky (Suwanee, Ga.) and junior infielder Jay Dillard (Anderson, S.C.) were named strength & conditioning All-Americans by the National Strength & Conditioning Association. They became the seventh and eighth Tigers since 2018 to be named a strength & conditioning All-American by NSCA, joining Ryley Gilliam (2018), Bryce Teodosio (2021), Geoffrey Gilbert (2022), Jackson Lindley (2023), Blake Wright (2024) and Jacob Jarrell (2025).
"Jay made an incredible physical transformation during his four years at Clemson," said Rick Franzblau, Clemson’s assistant athletic director for Olympic sports performance, in May. "He dropped three tenths of a second off his 30-yard sprint time while increasing his peak power on the force plate by nearly 50 percent. These changes also led to significant changes in his bat speed and peak exit velocities. This transformation helped make Jay an important piece of the position player group, capable of playing multiple positions and providing leadership.
"Nathan consistently dedicated himself to his physical preparation since arriving at Clemson as a freshman in 2023. He attacked every workout, warmup and conditioning session with the same intensity and focus that he did on the mound. Nathan added five inches to his vertical jump, which translated to an increase in velocity. He also committed a lot of energy to his mobility work, which was a key unlock for enhancing the efficiency of his pitching delivery. His energy was a force multiplier."
Dillard started nearly half of Clemson's games in 2026, while Dvorsky made 41 career appearances and had a 5-0 record along with a .216 opponents' batting average.
