CLEMSON, S.C. – Junior righthanded pitcher Sierra Maness was named a National FastPitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-Region Mid-Atlantic selection, the organization announced on Thursday. With the selection, Maness became the 10th athlete and 16th all-region selection in program history.
Maness picks up her second postseason honor as a Tiger after being named to the All-ACC Third Team after putting up a 16-10 overall record, including six wins in conference play. She maintained a 2.95 ERA on the season with four shutouts and two saves in 161.1 innings of work. The Woodruff, S.C. native led the Tigers with 106 strikeouts and limited opponents to a .253 average at the plate.
