CLEMSON, S.C. – The Atlantic Coast Conference announced its weekly awards Tuesday afternoon with Alexa Spallina earning Offensive Player of the Week honors.
In two games against Davidson (March 31) and California (April 3), Spallina dished out 17 assists while scoring four goals for a total of 21 points. She set two school single-game records against Davidson, having 10 assists and 13 points, while also scoring a hat trick on four shots. After traveling to the Golden State, she scored another goal and recorded seven more assists against Cal.
The ACC Weekly honor marked the sixth player of the week award (fifth player in program history) that the program has received.
