CLEMSON, S.C. – Clemson men’s tennis (16-11, 7-5 ACC) secured a decisive win over Georgia Tech (12-12, 3-10 ACC) in Atlanta on Friday, taking the doubles point and rolling through the top of the singles lineup for a dominant team victory.

The Tigers struck first in doubles, with the No. 2 team of Henrik Bladelius and Marco Mesarovic finishing quickly in a 6–3 win over Georgia Tech’s Irwanto and Biagiotti. Clemson clinched the point on Court 1, where No. 23 Noa Vukadin and Viktor Markov topped Clement and Schoenmakers 6–4. Court 3 was abandoned with Clemson’s Matisse Farzam and Yannic Nittmann leading 6–5.

Clemson carried that momentum into singles. The first match to finish came on Court 5, where Bladelius completed a straight‑sets win over Shokry, 6–2, 6–3, to extend the Tigers’ lead to 2–0. On Court 1, No. 39 Markov delivered another strong performance, defeating Clement 6–3, 6–2 to put Clemson one point from the team victory. The clinching point came on Court 2 where Vukadin overpowered Schoenmakers 6–2, 6–1, sealing the match for the Tigers.

Three singles matches went unfinished. Georgia Tech’s Carlini led Farzam 6–4, 3–2 on Court 3, Clemson’s Mesarovic led Irwanto 7–5, 3–0 on Court 4 and Georgia Tech’s Biagiotti held a 6–2, 2–3 edge over Cherubino on Court 6 when play was halted.
