CLEMSON, S.C. – The Atlantic Coast Conference announced its indoor ACC yearly awards with Clemson’s Director of Track & Field and Cross Country, Mark Elliott, being named the Women’s Indoor Track & Field Coach of the Year for the second consecutive year.

Elliott, who was also named the USTFCCCA Division I Southeast Region Women’s Coach of the Year, led the Tigers to the team title at the ACC Indoor Championships, winning three events. Clemson also had a 10th place team finish at the NCAA DI Indoor Championships as all three of its qualifiers scored, led by 800m champion Gladys Chepngetich, who earlier in the year clocked the No. 2 performance all-time collegiately at 1:58.81.
