CLEMSON, S.C. – No. 9/10 Clemson (5-4, 2-3 ACC) will travel to Macon, Ga. To face Mercer (3-4) this Tuesday, March 17 for a 4 p.m. game at Five Star Stadium.

Clemson is 1-1 against Mercer all-time, dominating the Bears, 22-10, on the road in 2024. In Clemson last year, the Bears got the upper hand, defeating the Tigers 11-10.

  • Eisfeld scored two goals to become the team leader this season in that category with 17. She also had three draw controls and one ground ball.
  • In addition to Penczek and Eisfeld, seven more Tigers scored one goal each. The list includes Spallina, Jasmine Stanton, Brooke Goldstein, Regan Byrne, Kayla MacLeod, Natalie Shurtleff and Mikaela Mooney.
  • Paris Masaracchia caused two turnovers and picked up one ground ball. Her GB marked 100 in her career, becoming the first Tiger to reach the century mark.
  • Scott recorded six ground balls, bringing her total on the season to 27. In just nine games, she has set a new freshman record for most ground balls in a season.
