CLEMSON, S.C. – The Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) released its 2026 Women’s NCAA Division I Preseason Rankings Monday morning that features Clemson as the No. 12 ranked team in the nation.

Defending Champs No. 1 in 2026 IWLCA Division I Preseason Poll
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass.— The defending champs come in the season atop the 2026 IWLCA Division I Coaches Poll.
Northwestern lands at No. 2 after last year’s NCAA finals appearance, while Boston College comes in at No. 3.
Florida earns the No. 4 ranking, while Stanford rounds out the Top 5.
The regular season IWLCA Division I Coaches Polls are set to be released weekly at 10 a.m., beginning on Monday, February 9.
