Macon, Ga. – The Clemson men’s tennis team went 2-1 in singles on the final day of competition at the Mercer Invitational. The Tigers finish the weekend 12-5 mark in singles.
Senior Carlos Kelaidis and sophomore Jacob Jahn each ended the tournament with singles victories as Kelaidis overcame Murphy McCullough of Georgia Southern 7-5, 4-6 (10-4) and Jahn defeated Carver Arant of Mercer, 6-3,6-2.
Clemson is set to take the court again next weekend when they head to the Southern Intercollegiate Championships in Athens, Georgia.
