There may be are additional protocols in place for the 2021 season.

ADA ENTRANCE

Entrances are at Gates 1, 5, and 13 for those in need of an ADA accessible entrance.

CONCESSIONS

Concessions stands are located beneath all stands inside Memorial Stadium and can be reached from any portal.

EMERGENCIES

First Aid stations are located on the South side under Section J, North Side under Section T, North Top Deck under Section K, and South Top Deck under Section E.  Trained nurses are on hand.  For emergencies, call 911.

FAMILY RESTROOMS

  • South Lower – Section C, D, G, & H
  • North Lower – Section M, P, R
  • West Lower – Section W
  • Top Deck South and North – Changing Stations Available in all Restrooms

LOST & FOUND

Please report any item to the Gate 11 information booth.

PASSOUTS

Passouts are allowed, however, fans will have to go through the same level of security screening as they did upon entering.  Patrons must present a re-entry voucher AND a valid game ticket for readmission.

  • Video Cameras
  • Weapons of Any Kind
  • Anything Else Deemed Inappropriate by Clemson Athletics

PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM

The public address system is intended for spectators’ information.  Do no request its use to make social contacts.

SECURITY SCREENING

All persons entering the facility will be required to pass through walk-thru metal detectors.  Fans who either have a relevant medical condition or do not feel comfortable walking through the metal detectors can notify event staff and participate in an alternative screening process.  All bags brought into the stadium must adhere to the stadium clear bag policy and are subject to search.

SMOKING/TOBACCO

Clemson University is a tobacco free campus.  Tobacco products are prohibited on Clemson University property.  Memorial Stadium is also a smoke free facility.  Smoking is prohibited inside the gates.  This includes electronic cigarettes

SOLICITATIONS

Solicitation for any purpose is prohibited at an athletic contest on campus.

STADIUM ENTRY

All lower deck ticketholders at Memorial Stadium must enter at Gates 1, 5, 7, 9, 11, or 13.  Top Deck ticketholders must enter via the ramps, located behind the North and South stands (South – Gate 16 / North – Gate 20).  Ramp entrances are adjacent to Gates 1 and 13 (South) and Gates 5 and 9 (North).

STADIUM ISSUES TEXTING SERVICE

Fans that need assistance in the stadium can text “Clemson” followed by the issue and their location to 71855.

TICKETS

Any person three years or older must have a valid game ticket for entry.  Tickets may not be resold within 200 feet of the stadium.  Clemson is not responsible for counterfeit tickets purchased outside of the stadium and does not guarantee legitimacy of such tickets.  Buyer Beware!

TIGER TRACKER

Tiger Tracker is Clemson’s game day child identification system to quickly reunite lost or separated children with their family or guardians.  Youth-sized wristbands are available at all guest services booths and the IPTAY/Ticket Office.  Wristbands can be filled out to contain seat location and contact information.  In the event that a child becomes separated from his or her family or guardians, uniformed officers will use information on the wristband to quickly reunite the child with his or her chaperone.

WILL CALL

Will-Call tickets can be picked up at the IPTAY Center/Ticket Office, located at the Northwest corner of Memorial Stadium. Visiting team will call is located at Gate 9.  Clemson Team will call is located at Gate 13.
